One Pan Kielbasa, Peppers and Onions on Rice
Serves 2-3
Ingredients
1 kielbasa, sliced
1 green bell pepper, roughly chopped
1/2 onion, roughly chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp Potluck Gochujang
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cups rice, cooked
Directions
1. Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the kielbasa. Cook until slightly browned on both sides. Remove kielbasa.
2. In the same pan, add onions and bell pepper. Add garlic a minute later and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add kielbasa back to the pan. Add gochujang and mix until combined. Serve on top of rice and enjoy :)
