Ssamjang Old Fashioned

For those who like a darker, stronger beverage, our friends at Orion Bar developed this Ssamjang Bourbon cocktail. Meant to be served in a lowball glass with a large cube.
Ssamjang Old Fashioned
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp or 1 shot bourbon
- 4 tsp Cynar
- 2 tsp dry curaçao
- 1/2 tsp Potluck Ssamjang
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Sesame oil
- Orange peel
Directions
1. Add ingredients to a mixing glass, stir with ice. Fine strain into an old fashioned glass over a large ice cube.
3. Stir gently and top with 1 drop of sesame oil. Garnish with an orange peel.
